An overview of locally available mushrooms and their health benefits
A live tincture demonstration

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Zach is a lifelong Madisonian dedicated to strengthening community health and local food systems. Zach's mycophilia began with a love of foraging and has grown into a passion for the healing power of fungi, both for our bodies and the environments we inhabit. Zach currently works at Vitruvian Farms growing gourmet mushrooms for the Madison area, and is a former worker/member at the Community Pharmacy Cooperative where they focused on medicinal mushroom products.
