Winter is the season of baking, and macarons make for a stunning addition to any dessert table. Join Rachel Glaza, owner of Amalgam Design & Bakery, for a macaron decorating and filling class that celebrates the winter wonderland that is Wisconsin. In this class, participants will get to fill and decorate their own 6pk of macarons. Macarons are made with almonds and fillings may contain nuts or other allergens. Folks with allergies or sensitivities are encouraged to reach out with questions before registering.
The instructor will provide recipes, instruction, hands-on guidance, macarons and base fillings for each student. All skills and abilities are welcome!
*Fee: $60.00 (includes tax & take-home materials)
*Space is limited to 15 participants. Please wear comfortable close-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
*All sales final, we do not issue refunds. If you can't make your booking, we must be notified 24 hours in advance to issue class credit.
*Beer, wine and soft drinks will be available for sale during the event. No outside beverages are allowed. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT BEER AND OTHER BEVERAGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Rachel Glaza is the baker/owner of Amalgam Design & Bakery located in Fitchburg, WI. She started baking as a child, destroying her parents' kitchen in search of the ultimate chocolate chip cookie recipe. Her favorite food is a tie between summer vegetable gratin and goat cheese and caramelized onion galette. When she's not in the kitchen, she's hanging with her husband and kid, re-learning how to rollerblade, and dreaming up her next creative project.
